Covering Pistachio – Ganache (Coating)
Ready-to-use product after first warming to 32-38°C. Suitable for tsoureki, vasilopita, cakes, biscuits, kok, eclair. Does not crack above 12°C and does not stick below 25°C — also suitable for packaging below 25°C. Excellent covering capability, leaving a thin layer on the final product, protecting it and giving it a distinctive pistachio flavor.
