Ready to use product after heated at 32-38°C. Ideal for covering buns, Christmas Cakes, cakes, éclair. It doesn’t break over 12°C and it doesn’t stick under 25°C. Leaves a thin layer over the product, covers perfectly and gives exquisite chocolate flavor.
